Presented by: Tanya Davis from Warm Heart Integrated Movement (WHIM) - A unique exercise session designed to enhance both physical fitness and mental well-being. Begins with a brief, informative talk on the mental health benefits of exercise, highlighting how physical activity can reduce stress, boost mood and improve overall mental clarity. Following the talk will be a 30-minute demo class that combines light cardio, strength training and mindful stretching, all tailored to stimulate endorphins and uplift your spirit!
